Cancellation Policy

These Cancellation Policy replace and supersede all prior versions.
If, for any reason, the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “You”) is not completely satisfied with a purchase, You can cancel the product and services as per Deepmatrix’s (“We”/ “Us”) cancellation policy. The following terms are applicable for any products or services that You purchase from Us
Subscription Termination
Your subscription to our services begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. All subscription are recurring in nature. You may terminate the subscription at any time during its term, however, You must pay all amounts due and owning before the termination is effective.

Recurring Subscription
A subscription having a pre-defined (monthly/annually) term may be terminated anytime without any cancellation fee, however, the subscription amount paid is non-refundable. The subscription will be active till the end of the last billed period.

Suspension & Termination
We may suspend your use of the online services if: (1) it is reasonably needed to prevent unauthorized access to customer data; (2) You fail to respond to a claim of alleged infringement within a reasonable time; (3) You do not pay amounts due under the respective subscription agreement; (4) You do not abide by or You violate other terms of the subscription agreement. After suspension only minimum necessary part of the online services will be active providing a view only access to the current projects. We will give 15 days to make the payment. If payment is not received, we will remove all projects and data from Deepmatrix’s Product
