This Policy is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of The Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. The Policy is an ‘electronic record’ as contemplated under section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules. This Policy being an electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

The website including our SAAS product “FLY” are owned and operated by the Deepmatrix Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We respect the privacy of our users (“you,” “your,” or “customer”). This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect the information provided by the user while accessing our website including product FLY.

We reserve the right to change, edit, alter, amend, modify, review, revise or substitute this Policy with or without notice. By using the website including product FLY, the users signify that they have carefully read, understood and agree to be bound by this Policy and the users expressly and voluntarily accept this Policy including any change, modification or substitution made to the Policy from time to time.     We aim to collect the following information from our users:

    • Contact Information: Email Address, Phone Number
    • Billing Address (including City, State, Country, Pin code)
    • Payment Details: Card Details , Tax Id.
    • If you are an organization, then organization details
    • Earth observation data
    The user is not under any obligation to provide the abovementioned information, however refusal to provide such information will hamper the user’s right to access some features of the website including FLY.

    We may use the information so collected for the purposes including but not limited to:

    • To generate a personal profile of the user to make future visits to our website more personalised.

    • We may be required to use and share the collected personal information of the users under any legal obligation or as mandated by the government agencies when such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to notices, court orders, or other legal processes.

    • In case of bankruptcy or insolvency, the collected data may be treated as an asset to be transferred to, or acquired by a third party, who we entrust will follow the reasonable security practices to secure and protect the same.
    • We understand that the user information is very crucial and is important for the user. The user agrees and acknowledges that the user information is disclosed or shared with third party service providers for the purpose of the website’s security, maintenance, repair, other technical reasons or to perform the services on our behalf.
    • We may, if the user chooses, send direct advertisement mailers to the users at the contact details shared by the user. The user has the option to opt-out of this direct mailer by clicking on the unsubscribe link attached to the email. We respect the user’s privacy and if the user does not want to receive email or other communications from us, the user may inform the same to our customer care executive.
    • You may choose to share your data/ information with the third party using our product FLY. In such cases, user shall not violate any terms of this Policy.

    We believe in safeguarding our users’ personal information and using it for lawful and/or necessary purposes listed in this Privacy Policy. We do not retain the information of our users for the period longer necessary and only retain it for the purpose that it was collected for.

    The users are permitted to review, update, or delete certain information, as specified in the FLY, in order to remove inaccuracies in the data provided to us and assist in recording reliable data. However, we are not responsible for the authenticity of the information provided to us.

    If you wish to make changes to the information provided to us, you may make those changes by accessing your user account on the website. If platform doesn’t allow you to edit any information, you may also reach out to our support team at support@deepmatrix.io or use the support button on the portal.

    What are the reasonable security practices that are followed to protect user’s data and personal information?

    The Company agrees to use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure of any service or user data. However, the Company will have no responsibility for errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other causes beyond the Company’s control.

    We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from users below the age of 18 years to use our services unless permitted by the local laws. However, a minor user can access our services provided they have obtained consent from their parent or guardian to collect information in terms of this Privacy Policy.

    If we discover that information has been collected from a minor without the consent of their parents/guardian, we will take appropriate action regarding the deletion of such information at the earliest.
